1. The Amazon Prime Day Exclusive Deal Promotional Offer(“Offer”):
From June15, 2026 until June 26, 2026 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”), Amazon Prime Members (each a “Member”) will be able to unlock a unique promo code (“Promo Code”) available on the Amazon Prime website with proof of Amazon Prime Membership (“Membership”). Promo Code can be redeemed up to five (5) times during the Promotion Period on the Little Caesars app or website at Participating Stores (defined below) (excluding third-party online sites) for a $5 Large Pepperoni Pizza or a $5 Large Cheese Pizza in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Limit one (1) Promo Code per Member.
To redeem the Offer, during thePromotion Period, Members must place an online or app order at a Participating Store for a Classic Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza (each a “Promotional Item”) and enter a validPromo Code at checkout to get the Promotional Item for $5.00 in accordance with Terms.
Limit five (5) redemptions by Member throughout the Promotion Period and limit one (1) redemption per transaction and per day by Member regardlessof how many purchases of the Promotional Item made by the Member in that transaction or on that day. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers. No substitutions or cash redemptions byMember. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Member (ifany).

2. Eligibility: Offer available exclusively to AmazonPrime Members with proof of Membership who are located within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years ofage. Offer good only at participating Little Caesars stores in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (each a “Participating Store”), excluding Little Caesars Express B locations, Express C locations, Food Truck, Hotel/Resort, Stadium Concessions, and University/College locations.
Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia andwhere prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directorsof Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. General Conditions: Sponsorand each Participating Store reserve the right in their sole discretionto not redeem a Promo Code or fulfill a Promotional Item to any individual theyfind to be engaging in fraud or undermining the legitimate operation of thisPromotion or acting in an abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or disruptive manneror in violation of these Terms. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimateoperation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and,should such an attempt be made, Participating Stores reserve the right to seekdamages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. EachParticipating Store reserves the right to make the final decision with respect toredemption and/or fulfillment of Promo Code and/or Promotional Item, in itssole discretion. Not all Little Caesars stores or franchisees participate inthis Promotion and Released Parties cannot be held responsible for thisdecision.
Sponsor reserves the right, inits sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend thisPromotion (in its sole discretion) and without prior notice or obligation inthe event of: (i) any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, cheating,fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsorcorrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct ofthe Promotion; (ii) any error, technical problem, fraud or any other causebeyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the properconduct of this Promotion and/or any Promo Codes as contemplated by theseTerms; and/or (iii) any accident, printing, administrative or other error orany kind.
Void where prohibited orexpired. Sponsor is not responsible for late, non-compliant or misdirectedrequests. Requests not complying with all Offer requirements will not behonored. Duplicate requests in violation of these Terms will constitute fraud.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, itsfranchisees, Participating Stores, Amazon.com Services LLC and/orits affiliates, and their respective parentcompanies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents,successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the“Released Parties”), from and against any liability, loss, claims or causes ofaction arising out of participation in the Promotion and/or receipt or use ofthe Promotional Item and/or any Promo Codes, including, but not limited to: (a)unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical, printing,hardware, software, mobile, telephone or other communications malfunctions,errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, trafficcongestion or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer ormobile transmissions which may limit one’s ability to participate in thePromotion; (c) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing,fulfillment or redemption of requests, the Promotional Item or any Promo Codes;(d) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly orindirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion orreceipt or use of any Promo Code or Promotional Item; or (e) a store orfranchisee’s non-participation in this Promotion or failure to provide thePromotional Item for whatever reason. You further agree that in any cause ofaction, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of enteringand participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Partiesbe liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damageswhatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct orindirect damages.
4. Disputes: Except where prohibited,you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out ofor connected with, the Promotion or any Promotional Items awarded shall beresolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusivelyby the United States DistrictCourt for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or theappropriate Michigan State Court located in Wayne County, Michigan. Allissues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation andenforceability of these Terms, your rights and obligations or the rights andobligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governedby and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without givingeffect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Michigan orany other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of anyjurisdiction other than Michigan.
