1. Promotion Description:
   Little Caesars® Bullpen Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a conditional promotional offer. If a Detroit Tigers player hits a fair ball that lands in, rolls into, bounces into, or hits a player or player’s mitt and lands into the Little Caesars®‑branded mitt (the “Trigger Event”) at Comerica Park, provided there is no fan interference or a player does not catch the ball and throw it into the Little Caesars-branded mitt, during an eligible Detroit Tigers game (each, a “Game”), eligible consumers may receive a promotional code redeemable online only for a free Little Caesars® large classic pepperoni or cheese pizza with the purchase of any menu item at participating Little Caesars® locations in Southeastern Michigan (the “Participating Stores”), subject to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Promotion Period:
   The Promotion is valid only during officially designated Detroit Tigers regular season and post-season home Games at Comerica Park as determined by Sponsor. The Promotion begins on April 3, 2026 and ends on October 29, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only Trigger Events occurring during the Promotion Period will qualify.
3. Trigger Event Determination:
   A “Trigger Event” occurs when a Detroit Tigers player hits a fair ball that lands in, rolls into, bounces, hits a player or player’s mitt and lands into the Little Caesars®‑branded mitt located within the field of play or designated promotional area at Comerica Park, provided there is no fan interference or a player does not catch the ball and throw it into the Little Caesars-branded mitt . The determination of whether a Trigger Event has occurred shall be made solely by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on official game footage, MLB records, and/or Sponsor-designated sources, and such determination shall be final and binding.
4. Eligibility:
   Open to legal residents of Michigan. Offer redeemable only at Participating Stores in Southeastern Michigan. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Little Caesars®, the Detroit Tigers, Inc. (“Detroit Tigers”), the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, and any other entity associated with the Promotion (“Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate. "MLB Entities" means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLB"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (, and employees of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.‍
5. Offer Details and Redemption:
   Upon occurrence of a Trigger Event, eligible consumers may receive a promotional code via PA announcement and on the Detroit Tigers social media accounts which will be redeemable online only via the Little Caesars app or web at Participating Stores within 24 hours of the Trigger Event (although hours may be extended depending on time of the game as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (while supplies last). Each promotional code is redeemable for one (1) free large Classic pizza with the purchase of any menu item at a Participating Store in Southeastern Michigan. Limit one (1) promotional code per person. Limit one (1) redemption per transaction. Limit one (1) redemption per 24 hour period. Promotional codes must be redeemed within 24 hours of issuance or will expire. Valid only at Participating Stores. Not valid with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly permitted. No purchase is required to receive the promotional code; a purchase is required to redeem the offer. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant. Additional toppings and any other items are extra and not included in the offer.

6. Availability; Limitations:
   Offer valid while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the total number of promotional codes distributed and/or redeemed. Availability of pizza and participation may vary by location. No substitutions or cash redemptions permitted.

7. Conditions and Restrictions:
   Internet access and a compatible device may be required to receive and/or redeem the promotional code. Standard data and messaging rates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered communications or technical failures of any kind.

8. Food and Allergen Disclaimer:
   Pizza products are prepared in kitchens that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, soy, and meat products. Sponsor and Participating Stores are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary restrictions. Consumers should consult individual stores for ingredient and allergen information.

9. General Conditions:
   Sponsor and the Participating Stores reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, epidemics, pandemics, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Promotion or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor and Participating Stores each reserve the right in their sole discretion to not give or redeem a promotional code to any individual they find to be engaging in fraud or undermining the legitimate operation of this Promotion or acting in an abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or disruptive manner or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Each Participating Store reserves the right to make the final decision with respect to admission and/or redemption and fulfillment of promotional code, in its sole discretion. Not all Little Caesars stores or franchisees participate in this Promotion and Released Parties (defined below) cannot be held responsible for this decision.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability:
    By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees and any Participating Stores, the Detroit Tigers, the MLB Entities, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their respective successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any offer or promotional code, including but not limited to: (a) technical errors; (b) unauthorized intervention; (c) lost or delayed communications; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property.

12. Disputes / Governing Law:
    Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Promotion or any promotional codes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in or closest to the County of Wayne in the State of Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Michigan.
