Delivery Terms

Delivery on the littlecaesars.ca website and Little Caesars mobile app is subject to these delivery terms (“Delivery Terms”).

 

Delivery Fees: The following delivery, service and (as applicable)small order fees apply to orders placed for delivery through the Little Caesars website or app:

*Small order fees apply to orders totaling under $10 before applicable fees, discounts/promotions, and taxes. As applicable, small order fees may be waived according to a promotion’s specific promotion terms and conditions.

 

Delivery Eligibility: Delivery is subject to availability and restaurant delivery hours. Delivery is available from participating Little Caesars restaurant locations in Canada within the applicable restaurant’s delivery range and delivery hours. Enter your delivery address in the Little Caesars website or app, or call your local restaurant, to confirm your delivery eligibility. 

 

These Delivery Terms, including the Delivery Fees, may be revised in whole or in part at any time and without any notice by Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., for any reason at its sole and absolute discretion, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Delivery Service and these Delivery Terms are subject to the Terms of Service.
